SEID EMINOVIĆ

Born in Nevesinje in 1969. Completed Gazi Husrev-beg's Madrasa and obtained his bachelor's and master's degree at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in Sarajevo, where he is currently a doctoral student.

From 1996 to 2012 he taught several courses in the field of Islam, and acted as a deputy director of the boarding school of Karađoz-beg's Madrasa in Mostar. He was also the principal of Karađoz-beg's Madrasa from 2012 to 2014. He has taught religious education in secondary schools and worked as a khatib in several mosques in Mostar. He is engaged at the Administration of Education and Science of the Riyasat of the Islamic Community in BiH as the head of the Department of Primary and Secondary Education. 

He has participated in the work and organization of several symposia, conferences, projects and professional trainings. He has been a member of the Assembly of the Islamic Community. He is a member of the Management Board of the Student Center, Madrasa “Reis Ibrahim-ef. Maglajlić” and of many expert teams dealing with the multiple segments of upbringing and education in madrasas. 

He has authored works published in ZemzemuPreporod and Glasnik. He has been the editor of several textbooks and manuals for madrasas. He has been awarded recognitions by Raisu-l-ulama and Karađoz-beg's madrasa.
