AZIZ KADRIBEGOVIĆ

Born in Pljevlje in 1947. Completed primary and secondary education in Pljevlje, and the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo. He has been involved in journalism and reporting for 40 years. In addition to journalism, he is also engaged in literary work. His first collection of poetry, Koraci u pijesku, was published in 1976, his book of children's poetry, U nama rijeka teče, in 1998, and his poetry collection, S onu stranu puta, in 2003. 

He has also authored the books Ogledalo sa dva lica (2000) and Bošnjaci između Srebrenice i Ferhadije (2010), and edited Kur'anske pripovijesti. He is one of the founders and first editors of the Islamic newsletter Preporod, and the journal Muslimanski glas. He was the editor of the journal Glasnik and editor-in-chief of Preporod from 1993 to 2013.

A large number of his texts and poems have been published in journals, including Život, Izraz, Sineast, Odjek, Lica, Anali Gazi Husrev-begove biblioteke.
