AZEM FERIZ, MA

Born in 1977 in Mostar. He graduated in sociology at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Sarajevo, and at the Faculty of Humanities of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar, he received a master's degree in history.

He is a member of the Management Board of Preporod, the Bosniak Association of Culture, in Mostar, and has headed the civil association, Centar za kulturno naslijeđe (Centre for Cultural Heritage). He has been a participant and organizer of many cultural events and research projects in the field of cultural heritage.

In the Council of the Mostar Islamic Community he is engaged as the head of the Center for Studying Islamic Culture and Tradition.
